Welcome to Atlas Make (operated at atlasmake.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, plans, guides, and services.
By purchasing or downloading any materials from Atlas Make, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
### 1. Digital Products & Delivery
All products sold on Atlas Make are digital files (including high-resolution PDF plan sheets, CAD drawings, cut lists, material schedules, and guides). No physical items or lumber will be shipped to your address. Upon successful payment, download access is granted immediately on the order confirmation screen and sent via email.
### 2. Personal & Commercial Build License
When you purchase an Atlas Make plan library:
- You are granted: A perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the plans to build physical furniture and woodcraft projects for personal use, gifts, or for physical sale in your independent workshop or craft business.
- You are NOT permitted to: Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, re-upload, or publicly post the digital plan files, drawings, cut lists, or bonus guides themselves in any digital or printed format.
### 3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We accept major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay through secure, encrypted payment processors.
### 4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee in accordance with our posted Refund Policy.
### 5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, 3D CAD illustrations, blueprints, and instructional documentation on atlasmake.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Atlas Make and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
### 6. Limitation of Liability & Workshop Safety
Woodworking inherently involves the use of sharp tools, machinery, and equipment. The plans provided by Atlas Make are for educational and instructional purposes. Woodworkers are solely responsible for practicing workshop safety, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and following manufacturer safety guidelines for all power and hand tools.
